Tru64 UNIX是Compaq公司出品的一个UNIX变种。

Tru64 UNIX的dtprintinfo程序存在缓冲区溢出漏洞，本地攻击者可能通过溢出攻击得到系统的root权限。

Tru64 UNIX的dtprintinfo程序用来打开CDE打印管理窗口，它以suid root的方式安装在/usr/dt/bin/目录下。dtprintinfo在处理“-session”参数时存在缓冲溢出漏洞，可以导致本地攻击者利用溢出攻击得到主机的root的权限。

如果您不能立刻安装补丁或者升级，NSFOCUS建议您采取以下措施以降低威胁：

* 在漏洞修补之前暂时去掉dtprintinfo程序的suid root位。
